7253 - Cold Caller

You'll spend 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, making strategic cold calls to property leads on behalf of our client — a real estate agency that buys residential and commercial properties. This is contract work, remote, and suits someone who enjoys the direct challenge of sales: reaching decision-makers, presenting genuine acquisition offers, and negotiating deals.

Our client acquires properties across the residential and commercial markets. Your job is to contact leads, introduce their offer to buy, and work through initial negotiations. You're the first voice they hear — you set the tone, build interest, and move conversations forward. The role is temporary and part-time, designed for someone who wants focused, high-impact work without the full-time commitment.

🎯 What you'll do

• Make 50–80 cold calls per shift to pre-qualified property leads
• Present purchase offers clearly and confidently, tailored to each property type
• Listen actively to seller concerns and objections — and work through them
• Document call outcomes, feedback, and next steps in the CRM
• Identify negotiation openings and escalate promising leads to the acquisitions team
• Meet weekly call targets and feedback quality expectations
