We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented ABA Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) billing and insurance processes, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who understands the complexities of insurance authorizations, claims management, and revenue cycle operations while maintaining a commitment to accuracy, accountability, and exceptional support for our clients and team.

What you'll do

Manage all aspects of ABA billing, including claim submission, payment posting, claim follow-up, and denial resolution. Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for new and existing clients. Obtain, manage, and track insurance authorizations to ensure uninterrupted services. Communicate directly with insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and payment issues. Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding claims and balances. Maintain accurate billing records and documentation in accordance with payer requirements and regulatory standards. Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to ensure accurate billing and operational efficiency. Stay current on insurance regulations, payer requirements, and ABA industry best practices. Assist with process improvements and support other operational needs as the organization grows.
